Conceiving while being a Virgo

This is my first update on my how my new year resolutions are going so I'm going to address probably the biggest one.

1. become a mom

We just started working on this one so I can't really say how its going per say, but what I want to address is how stressful this is to do while being a classic Virgo.

HARDEST WORKER IN THE ROOM (read: control freak)

Virgos are born conscientious. They evolve into diligent perfectionists who can’t bear to see anything delivered in a shoddy way and will happily take on extra to avoid that happening. There’s a fine line here, though, between working hard in the team and becoming a monstrous control freak who tries to do everyone else’s job for them. Yup, tricky.

While not super flattering it is very true, at least for me, and that is what makes trying to conceive so stressful. I am a control freak; I am a planner; and this is something I can't schedule, or plan ahead for. I can't make myself conceive this month or even next month, which means I don't know when our child will be born. I mean eventually I will, but we made the decision last week and I wanted to know last week when our child will be born. I mean I need to plan out my whole year. I need to know how far along I'll be in June. But I can't know, at least not until the end of January, but even that is too long for my Virgo self.

So yea, having to wait until the end of the month is killing me a little, and if takes multiple months, I'm going to have to find someway to reign my little planner self in.
